We have been awarded a six years (2024-2030) starting grant of 17 MSEK, generously funded by Knut och Alice Wallenbergs Stiftelse aimed at Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS), where we will explore the Mycobacterium tuberculosis immune systems to understand the molecular determinants of successful phage infection using deep learning, interaction proteomics and functional genomics.
