Data-Driven Life Science starting grant
We have been awarded a six years (2024-2030) starting grant of 17 MSEK, generously funded by Knut och
Alice Wallenbergs Stiftelse aimed at Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS), where we
will explore the Mycobacterium tuberculosis immune systems to understand the molecular determinants of
successful phage infection using deep learning, interaction proteomics and
functional genomics.
Andrea presented this project at the annual KI-SciLifeLab Symposium 2023 and it has
been featured on the KI
newsletter.
